I have created a simple little survey to allow you to assess your project with SEMAT. You can print the answers (or download a little PDF) afterwards so you can rerun the survey at a later date to see if how the project has changed. This is a simple tool to see if SEMAT works for you. SEMAT is intended to be customisable. Certainly, the kernel is really good for assessing increments but needs some adjustment for use in Sprints, as do some of state criteria. I may well work on these and post and update in the future.
